		<description><![CDATA[If you're a victim of sexual harassment or assault in the military, you're not alone. A 3/17/2010, New York Times article showed 3230 sexual assaults were reported last year. It went on to state that sexual assault against women in the military is on the rise - increasing 16% in the past year. 		<description><![CDATA[I took a deep dive into the staffing and recruiting industry;  I'd meet and greet applicants, review resume's and applications, set up skills assessments,  testing, schedule interviews, collect employee time-cards, process payroll, check references, answer a 20-line phone system, interact with clients, build business relationships and more.  I'd never done anything like it in the Marine Corps, but I was like a sponge taking it all in; I loved every minute of my new civilian job...
